Terry Miller
 Terry
Miller, a native of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, is a Mississippi Power
Company retiree. He was graduated from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community
College and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the
University of Southern Mississippi and an MBA from William Carey
College.
Chancery Clerk Miller has completed the Covey Leadership, Dale Carnegie
Leadership, and Jackson County Leadership programs. A former Jackson
County Port Authority Commissioner, he is also past director of the
National Association of Accountants. His memberships have included:
Jackson County USM Alumni Association, United Way, Jackson County Economic
Development Foundation.
He is active in the Ocean Springs and Jackson County Chambers of
Commerce, Pascagoula Rotary Club and Jackson County Homebuilders
Association.
An active member of the First Baptist Church of Ocean Springs, Chancery
Clerk Miller is a member of McLeod Lodge F&AM, No. 424, Scottish Rite,
Gulfport and Joppa Temple, Biloxi, and has served in the Mississippi Army
National Guard.
